Originally Phil was a staff designer for BBC, followed by 7 years as Head of Design for HTV at a time when it was the biggest co-producer of quality international programmes in Europe.
Based in Cardiff, Phil Williams Design Partnership is a major supplier of set design services to the television industry as well as supplying quality set design services for conferences and events.
